On April 20, the crowdfunded mini album, Very Berry, was released with the title track “Angel”.
The group’s release following Very Berry was also crowdfunded through Makestar. The project started on September 1 as a new single, but was later upgraded to a mini album, and raised a total of ₩26,896,790 or 268.97% of the initial ₩10-million goal.
Around the same time, the group announced the addition of sixth member, Johyun.
Berry Good showcased three out of the four songs from their EP on Arirang Radio’s K-poppin’ one day before the official release, including the lead single “Don’t Believe”.
On November 1, the group’s second mini album, Glory, was released.
On March 29, 2017, Berry Good launched a third crowdfunding project through Makestar in the hopes of financing their sixth digital single, “Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo”. The song was eventually released on April 16, while the music video was uploaded to the group’s YouTube channel the day after.
As part of the group’s promotions for “Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo,” they adopted a part-timer concept, doing various part-time jobs in between schedules and sending the proceeds to the needy.
On June 9, Berry Good performed at the Thống Nhất Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In the same month, the group won the Rookie Star Award at the LBMA Star Awards for 2017.
